QuickBooks Online data
When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, you authorize us to access data through Intuit’s APIs so we can provide the Service. We access this data only as needed to deliver the functionality you request, which may include reading, creating, and updating records in your QuickBooks Online account.
Usage and device information
We collect technical information such as log data, IP address, browser type, and how you interact with the Service, to operate, secure, and improve it.

- To provide, maintain, and operate the Service and its QuickBooks Online integration;
- To authenticate users and secure accounts;
- To respond to requests, provide support, and communicate about the Service;
- To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance and reliability;

3. How We Handle Intuit / QuickBooks Data
If you disconnect QuickBooks Online or terminate your account, we stop accessing your QuickBooks data and delete or de-identify the associated data we hold, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate, limited operational purposes (such as backups, which are purged on a rolling basis).
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers / subprocessors that host, process, or support the Service under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
- Intuit, as necessary to operate the QuickBooks Online integration you authorize;
- Legal and safety disclosures where required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety;
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. QuickBooks Online data is retained only while your integration is connected, subject to Section 3.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may disconnect the QuickBooks Online integration at any time from within QuickBooks or the Service.
8. International Transfers
We are based in the United States and may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
